Madame Tussauds Amsterdam: come face to face with your favourite celebrity
On Dam Square, in the heart of Amsterdam, you’ll find one of the world’s most famous attractions: Madame Tussauds. And it’s actually exactly what you’d expect, but just that little bit more fun than you thought. With over 90 lifelike wax figures and more than 10 interactive themed zones, you’ll walk through a world full of music legends, sports stars, world leaders, royals, film heroes and fashion icons.
From Taylor Swift and Beyoncé to Harry Styles, Michael Jackson and the Princess of Orange, the figures are astonishingly realistic and invite you to stand next to them for the ultimate selfie. In the Marvel Avengers zone, you can step into the shoes of your favourite superhero, and in the TV studio section, you’ll suddenly find yourself standing next to Freek Vonk. Every area is designed to be explored, touched and enjoyed.
Madame Tussauds is open from 10:00 to 20:00; tickets are cheaper if you book them online in advance. Special rates are available for groups and school visits.
