During the 1.5-hour workshop, you’ll be introduced to the colourful world of botanicals and spirits, and take the helm of a copper still yourself. pampus You’ll choose your botanical blend, distil your rum and go home with a personalised bottle featuring a label you’ve designed yourself. The distillery runs on solar power and uses only fresh botanicals, from lemons and blossoms to aromatic herbs and spices.
