Join us at the Play More Arts Festival for a high-energy, hands-on workshop built for Parents and kids to create together! We call it 'Dads Do Art' because we want to encourage the dads to get involved but any carer is welcome, whether its an Opa, Oma or Mama, everyone is welcome :-)
Using our self-service "Montessori Buffet Boxes," children will independently select their raw materials to design, paint, and build their very own musical instruments. We will be constructing a paper-cup orchestra featuring three custom builds: rockin' rice shakers, paper-cup drums, and humming kazoos.
We provide all the premium supplies—including quality brushes, washable paints, glitter glue, and sticky bedazzle gems.
What to expect:
1. Design & Paint: Kids completely customize their instrument bases first.
2. The Build: Dads act as the "human clamps" to help tape, band, and assemble.
3. The Grand Jam: A final, noisy group celebration with our brand-new instruments!
All materials are included. Come make some art, build a band, and leave the mess with us!
